These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prestige Science Prep website, applications, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Prestige Science Prep ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is provided by Prestige Science Prep. By using the Service you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have your parent/guardian's consent) and, if acting for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

Prestige Science Prep provides AI-generated study material and teaching tools for school and exam preparation, including:

  • Revision Notes — topic-level summaries and study notes.
  • Topic Questions — targeted practice questions with worked solutions.
  • Mock Papers — full-length examination-style papers with mark schemes.
  • Lesson Planner — Cambridge-style and 5E-model lesson plans for teachers.
  • Classroom Activity Generator (Activity Wizard) — interactive classroom activities.
  • Exports — download generated material as Markdown, Word, or PDF for study or teaching use.

Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and remaining credits. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
  • Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • Upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service, or scrape data;
  • Submit, generate, or distribute content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise illegal;
  • Use outputs to impersonate others, create deepfakes, or produce material designed to deceive;
  • Attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, or bypass safety filters and rate limits;
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its outputs without our prior written consent;
  • Submit the generated material as your own for graded academic assessments in breach of your institution's academic integrity rules.

4. AI outputs and accuracy

The Service uses generative AI. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying their accuracy before relying on them. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for qualified teachers, examiners, or professional advice. You must have the rights to any content you submit as input, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and academic integrity rules.

We may filter, restrict, or remove content and outputs, refuse requests, and suspend accounts that breach these Terms. We provide a takedown pathway for rights-holders: contact us at the address below. Repeated infringement will result in termination.

5. Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, prompts, branding, and documentation, is owned by Prestige Science Prep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal study or internal educational use within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide; as between you and us, you may use the outputs you generate for your own study or classroom teaching, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

7. Credits, plans, and pricing

The Service runs on a credit system. Every registered user receives 2 free credits on sign-up to try the platform. Additional credits are sold as one-off credit packs:

  • Starter Pack — 10 Pro credits for USD 5 (or PKR 1,500).
  • Value Pack — 50 Pro credits for USD 20 (or PKR 6,000).

Credits are consumed as you use generation features (typically 1–2 credits per generation depending on the feature). Credits are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the Service. We may change pricing or the credit cost of a feature; changes apply to future purchases and generations only.

8. Payments

You can pay for credit packs in two ways:

  • Card, wallet, and international payments — processed by our online reseller Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for these purchases are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
  • Easypaisa and local bank transfer (Pakistan) — you send the payment directly to our account and submit the transaction reference and a screenshot of the payment confirmation through the in-app checkout. Credits are credited to your account manually within 12 hours of verification. These purchases are made directly with Prestige Science Prep.

9. Service availability and warranties

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or academic outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Prestige Science Prep harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to access the Service ends. You may export or download your generated content for a reasonable period before deletion.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prestige Science Prep is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

15. Miscellaneous

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure). If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
